Ok, they say everybody adds a word to kinesis to make it something else right.
Pyrokinesis-fire hydrokinesis-water aerokinesis-Air
Now many people can commonly manipulate these things, but what about when they say geokinesis, what exactly are you manipulating with that....

I my self really don't know some people say its moving rocks but that would be tk.Some people say its just moving the earth energy around,or It can be fluff like some one made it up and you can't do any thing with it.

Just as hydrokinesis refers to using pk(psychokinesis) to move water. Geokinesis is moving earth(rocks, sand etc.) with pk. So technically all those variations on pk are just moving what the prefix referrs to. (hydro=water geo=earth pyro=fire aero=air) There really isn't much pf a reason to use "fluff terms" other than they are slightly more specific.
