i dabble, go to barnes and nobles they have a great selection on this. there is an activity you can do that is pretty easy. It is probably a begginer technique. When you practice this you can break off into meditation to have a one on one chat.

it is called table tipping/tapping. to do this you need atleast you and one other person, but if you get four or more people it has a greater effect. Take the other people with you and go to a table(if 3 or less people go with a smaller table or even a large book) Place your hands on the surface(have everyone do this) and feel the energy vibrations of the table. go into almost a meditative state but just try to alter your consciousness to the alpha level i believe. Have one person your designated question asker.
-note it is probably a good idea to set up a shield because if not you may have an unpleasant run in with a negative being-
invite the spirit or type of spirit or any spirit to set in on your session and answer questions. Ask yes no questions and give it one tap for yes and two taps for no. ( the taps may manifest in different ways, if you have 2 or 3 people it will manifest in the spirit taking control of the people's hands causing a finger to lift and then tap down. these taps are random and may cause answers to seem unclear just re ask.. then if you have a greater number of peopl the table will actually lift off of the floor and slam down to give the answers.)

Pretty sweet, though I don't have any psionic friends to do that with. What kinds of spirits have you talked to? Any sites you know of? Sorry if this seems kind of intrusive, channeling and medium skills are pretty rare. I'm just curious about it a little. I was very sure that mediums were natural born only.

To see spirits one must:
1. Dim the Lights
2. Full/charge the body with psi
3. Ask Sub-c for help
4. Shield
5. Raise vibrational state
6. See spirit

5. Sounds impossible though, anyone try to OBE? Ya, not to easy. I would guess this state should not be take to that extreme.

There are 2 types so far.At age 6 or 7 yrs old i already experiance them.Normally they are spirits and GOD. I can sense them around.Sumtimes, at museums, hotals and college /school. I can tp with them , whicyh i just discovered.So far i only met GOD and spirits.these are the 2 tht i had meet.

yea i am not sure what i do is complete mediumship i have trouble with sensing or talking tp with spirits but i think i kind of boost my friends ability to do so because when we try this stuff and im there he gets into a meditative conversation with them and he subconciously feeds off of my energy so yea kinda not kool but it works

I wouldn't put I met god ccey it makes you look like a lunatic no offense.Aside from that...I am tuning my medium skills it came to me developed by me being scared of an expierence i had once.i just never wanted it until now.
