I was in my bed a few minutes ago trying to fall asleep and i couldnt. I was looking up at the ceiling really bored when all of a sudden i get like a huge flash and everything went green for a couple of seconds. I could see everything perfectly and then it got very very dark and i couldnt see like it normally was. This went on and off for about 5-10 minutes and was very interesting. Then i decided to tilt my head and i could no longer do that. When everything went greenish i felt as if i was kind of lifting up and like weighed less. It was EXTREMELY wierd because around the last 90 seocnds of it my cat (who was in the room) like stared at me and started to hiss. No idea wtf happened but maybe i can do it again and get some sort of sight in the dark.

Has night vision got to do with psi? (just wondering). i can also see it the dark when i focus.

I use psi all the time to aid my night vision, it never turns green. I think i'm just dilating my eyes more than ussual allowing me to capture more light. What you just described sounds like fluff/a lie.

i wasnt imagining that i swear to you lol.
And ive never seen through a night vision goggle or anything but the way it looks like on tv thats exactly the way i saw it.

yeah, there are a few abilities that would help you with night vision.
like clairvoiance, and opening your awarness (can be done wiht your eyes closed), and astral projection.
i heard of a name for the actuall ability to see in the dark, but forgot what it was.
mabye your cat was hissing cause you were useing alot of psi, animals are very sensitive to psi

Sorry i'm always skeptical of newcomers. Anyways, you could be subconciously making a construct within your eyes that leads to this effect. That could only happen if you were natural though. Are you?

Maybe you were picking up infra-red waves... The goggles that the army uses pick up infra-red waves, or heat, so that they can see people hiding in bushes via the heat that they give out, etc. Though I REALLY doubt that you had 'night vision'. =/ |

Maybe if you felt like you were lifting up and weighing less, you started to AP. (Astral Project), because everybody has different ways to induce it, and it does most often happen when you are trying to go to bed. I dont' know, that's what it sounds like to me though, but i can't explain the green or anything.

yeah, my first thought when you said lifted up and weighed less, was that you were APing, but then you said it happened over and over, and you even turned over and it happened.

Like me, I have clairvoyance, so I'm able to see pretty well in the dark, but I don't think it's related to psionics though. This sounds VERY fluffy, and maybe a way to get some attention. Almost anything is possible you know, so, I've levitated, breathed underwater, you name it, I've probably done it. But that was when I was younger, and people put mental blocks on you so you don't believe alot of stuff now. Anyways, getting back to topic, it might have been related to psionics, it may have been a coincidence, or it might just be some elaborate way to get attention.
