when i started getting deep into psi and psionics..i knew that visualization is somewhat necessary...i find it really hard to visualize something in my mind..i have tried but i always seem to fail..i dont know if it is lack of imagination or what ever you would like to call it...and yes i cant imagine a car in my head or what ever it is you think of.. but if any one have any helping or suggestions.you are always welcome to post,if you passed the same experience you are also welcome

I had the same problem when I first started. What helped me get past it was this: When I was learning/practicing making psi balls, I would keep my eyes closed. For whatever reason, this helped me visualize the energy flowing from my body to the space between my hands. I think this works because your eyes aren't able to distract your mind with the things in the room and you're able to concentrate only on the psiball.

It would actually be best to learn to use it without closing your eyes. Due to having always done it that way in the past, I find it very difficult to do anything with my eyes open. After a bit of practice though, I have gotten to where I can be doing something physically and another thing psionicly at the same time. Tis all a matter of practice and experimentation.
