a bunch of people have asked me about this, so here it is for everybody:
first you got to get into a quiet mood. then think about your subconsious, just think that there is another part of you inside your body. (you dont have to 'feel' for it)
now say "hello". or "hi" or some greeting, then wait for an answer. it feels like its comming from inside of you.
you 'think' the greeting, you dont actually speak out loud.
when it answers, you dont actually 'hear' it, you just know what its saying.
you know how when your going to say something, before you think of the actuall words, something else in the back of your mind already has them? thats your subconsious.
once it answers, then just talk to it. ask it stuff.
thats it. you dont have to close your eyes to do it (i do it at the bus stop, closing my eyes wouldnt be a smart thing to do)

in psychology i learnt that we never forget stuff, just that we didnt store them properly and so find it had to remember them.
so id say that the subconscious never forgets stuff iv noticed that this might be true cause from time to time something sparks my memory and i remember something from long ago, like kindergarden days

Yes, you're right, GEOvanne. I have a construct that I anchored to a sort of book (it's just lots of blank papers stapled together), and it is supposedly able to act as a medium between my subconscious mind and I, so that we can communicate back and forth with a minimum of fuss. It's very simple: I will write down my question on the piece of paper, focus my mind on the answer, and my construct will tell me what my subconscious says. I have used this method to ace several tests. And it's not exactly cheating, since I'm not getting the answers from some outside source; I'm getting them from my own subconscious memory!
