Hey, I am a newb and i wanted to know, about psi constructs. I have been snooping around difrent sites to find nothing helpful. My question is if a psion does not have any abilities at all, what can he still do with his/her constructs?  |

well first you should learn how to feel and gather energy, then take energy and form it into a psi ball and then contructs.

I know how to make a psi ball and constructs but i dont know what to do with them  |

cant you play psi games and learn how to flare and all

yes. You can pass around psi balls. you can learn to flare them (don't ask me how to do it)

but how can you tell if you have powers or not i mean if you think you dont then your just playen missne out
