i have tryed the technique here for shielding but i have not found out if i have a shield on or not. but i would like to know if there is any more sites besides psi pog for shielding? could you list some thanks

lonewolf is excellent at constructs and shielding and will be able to remote view and see your shields if you PM him . I can do a free energy body reading for you to see your shields if you like too .

My shielding technique has always worked for me. I usually just picture psi gathering within my sternum, then have it expand around me, but when I do it that way, it's kind of liquidy and flimsy. So after I expand it, I imagine it flickering, with a humming sound. It starts out slow then gets faster, and once it's flickering really fast, it flashes solid. While you are visualizing it flickering, imagine your favorite song, and imagine the shield flickering to the beat. This technique works wonders for me.

Well if you're trying to find out if you really made a shield, then i have an example.
First make a shield by taking enough psi out of you're body, and making it into a bubble form, then you harden it with an element( water,rock,fire,etc.), then you program it to keep all cold air/particles/atoms/energy out. then walk outside when its cold, and feel the temperature with you're programmed shield on, and then go back inside, and take off the shield, and walk outside again, and notice any changes. I did this once, it worked so well.
