i have yet to experiment with all the methods but the just do it way sounds so hilarious for some unknown reason i mean you think of an energy bomb just thinking though and someone says just do it and you like blow their car up or something on accident it just sounds so...so... i' can't really explain?
does anyone get me on this?

I visualize the energy moving up from the pool to the heart down the arms and out the hands.

I do that quickly and it makes one quickly. I've been making them for a long time and they keep getting easier.
