I was programming this psi ball the size of about a oversized kickball and told it to get energy from the sun/earth/moon and give some to me and now m head hurts alot...Wats going on?

I would say that you should program it to gather energy and make itself stronger, then simply draw energy from it on your own when you need it. That way you avoid overload, and your construct keeps itself intact.

Ah i c...and this is off topic kinda but is it possible to make a psi shield and sword to actually cut something or hit something? I wont attack anyone ill use a tree

Uhhhh... Theoretically. But you're going to need one heck of a lot of compressed energy. Multiple ways I can think of doing it offhand, but not a single one that would work without enough energy to take out a bull elephant, and the focus to match.
