Just tell it what it needs to do. And then test it. If he cant do. Then show him how to.

You know when you gather psi into your hands, you are controlling, commanding if you will, psi to do as you want. Well, when you want psi to do something, you are programming the energy to do as you will, thus "telling" not by mouth or by sound, but by will and mental command.

 . Thats an odd command. P= I dont know to much about constructs, but im pretty sure that you just, in your mind tell it what you want it to do. Visualize your friend being tickled. |
