Well i was wondering is programming a psiball like programming a computer. Because i have heard of over riding a computer program and i was wondering if you could over ride a construct.

Yes, you can override a construct.

but what if you programmed a construct to not get overriden by another construct but the construct is weak and the other construct is strong.

The more advanced construct would most likely override the programming that is telling it not to get overridden. I don't know of a way to keep a construct from getting overridden. Have you ever heard that saying, there's always a bigger fish? Apply this here, there's always a stronger construct.

Yes but it is extremely difficult, and considering jk's view on combat I can't tell you here.
