well it could, but it would have to be a very strong sheild. You might practice with pillows and socks...

you would probably have better luck creatin a small wall when something was getting thrown at because it would be very difficult to hold up a really strong shield for awhile, I myself try this with rain and ive thought up a few other ways to practice this. One would be to get something with a slight slope and maybee try and make a shield around something small and roll small things down the slope like marbels or something alot lighter. I'm working on this force wall like thing that will hopefully be able to push things back at the attacker or just be sorta like a force wave.

Maybe. May just be normal energy in you. Anyway, to make a physical-blocking shield, you first off would need NOT to use your own energy. You will sap your energy like milking a cow. Second, a LOT of focus. That would be hard!

To create a shield against physical objects requires a whole boatload of energy and focus to keep it all bonded together. Mass is, in a sense, condensed energy-- We're constructed of electrons, protons, and nuetros, not to mention smaller particles like quarks and nuetrinos. So in order to block the energy of mass (which is also being thrown or propelled at you, which means more energy) you're going to need a shield of equivalent strength, or designed to deflect instead of fully block.

posibly program it to move all its energy to where an object touches to block more efficiently...Or something like that...
