Sorry for all the questions but if you reduce a shields size does that increase its ability to block more solid things? And if it can would it be better to make shields this way instead?

I wouldn't know, my shields are always like a second skin... if I decrease them in size, they'd be inside me... wouldn't be much help there  but one thing I found out is that it's easier for me to make a shield that fits around my body like that than to create a bubble shield... |

Well, I think you refer to the strength of a shield as related to the size of said shield. In the end it comes down to the shield's quality. If you make a shield to cover your entire house (which is done by many) it can be just as strong as one just on the skin, so long as density and programming do not suffer.

I'm sure that if you're skilled at PK you could make a shieds and program it to have PK abilities, since constructs are basically capable of doing what you can do.
And I doubt that more that three people here can see their shields, if there even are three people.

I need help making shields =(. I found a site that told me how to make a simple shield, but I don't really think it works. I have seen this guy following me that no one else can see, and sometimes I think I can feel something pushing on my mind, trying to read my thoughts. Help please!

Well, it's all in your head- you can see him? Ignore him! Probably ghost or maybe an guardian, or just something that is curious about you. If you can visualize that he is not capable of doing any harm and that he will not succed- that's what will happen! He won't be able to do it! If it is guardian he won't do you no harm anyway, so you can't miss with this! Sounds Logical but I guess since your body is all full of psi, then the shield should not have problem retaining some of that psi from your whole body.

I tried sheilding today..... I am not very good but I know I am doing it, I can't see it but, I can sense it. I can't form large sheilds. only able to cover a single part of my body.....
