agreed, the question has been asked more than once... try looking in the shielding board, or the newbie question topic in the introductions board, you'll find something. and you could always try www.psipog.net, thay have some great articles for beginners |

from what i understand, there are many different ways to create a psi-shield. the technique differs from person to person. i guess it depends on your need for it. i read somewhere that sometimes your body will create a psi shield automatically to protect you.
