how many people here sheild on a daily basis? i sheild every now and then but im going to make a schedule where i wake up and psionicly prepare for the day. then practice with manipulation and such.  |

I shield constantly, because this girl I know is making me nervous when she gets too close (telepathy?) and shielding seems to help...
And no, I'm not in love with her (well I might be, but that's nt what's causing it. It's a different kind of nervous)

well not me but i can tell you that your mind sheild it self automatically you dont know it but it does but keep trying soon you will have a barrior around you to protect you from anything but that wiill be years 4 you to master

Shields become less and less neccesary as one's prowess becomes more and more, one's field simply becomes one's shield, So while I do not I still reccomend shielding anytime you'll be in a situation that entails lots of people or other psionic disturbances. A good shield can go a long way.
