this works for me:
i visualize blue energy coming out of my hands quickly forming a sheild around me blocking off black energy the comes near it and it fades away or incenerates kinda and anything else youd like to add like people you dont like and other stuff like that it worked for me it should work for you.
also mirrors work too same technique just mirrors reflecting the damage back to the sender
NOTE::::: meditate before you do this or jus t make sure you are calm and free of trained thoughts.
