wen i tried to shield my hand i felt a tingling sensation on my hands does this mean i made a psi hand shield

You felt this after you made the sheild?
You probably felt the psi by your hand. It might of been the sheild or the psi naturally in the air. Probably the sheild although I don't know your skill level.
Just curious but what did you program the sheild to protect your hand against?

well i didnt i tried to throw somthin at my hand but i didnt block it was my first time with my eyes open

so you tried to make a sheild to stop a physical object from hitting that hand? Do you know advanced tk? If not then learn it and try again.

yea.. take into account your skill level in the things you're trying to accomplish, and also practice with all of that.
you can't just start and expect to move things or block physical items.
Also you have to prgram it to block things, otherwise its pretty much a psi ball.
