I'm still a little confused as to why theres a serperate board for constructs if everything is a construct, but I think I understand for the most part. Danke sehr.

::Smacks hydrokinesis:: Never EVER trust the Wingmakers articles if you dont want to become another fluffbunny like them. If there is something worse than them, that would be the inspiration from where it came from. Also, complete invisibility is only possible in theory. You would have to be great at PK to deflect light and great at energy manipulation to program such a shield to do such thing with PK. In any case, a cloaking shield is a shield that fools people into thinking you're an object and thus you would be dismissed as one.
Invisus: It is best to be categorized due to the simple reason that people can find what they want easier. It's like going to a videogames store and having all the games from all the consoles together in one box. They are all games, no? Sha, I hope you get my point.

*clicks on wingmakers link for giggles* Yeesh, they've got enough fluff already... and then some. Don't mean the result is impossible, just that those guys are just so far off I nearly fell off my chair reading their nonsense.
I did a little playing around to see if I could duplicate something I did a mess of during high school and got marked absent a lot because of it. It mainly kicked in during orchestra but there were other times in and out of school that it kicked in. Tried recalling the Algebra 2 teacher checking attendance to see if it would trigger, nothing happened. Tried solo day in orchestra, nothing happened. Then I tried remembering going to this one anime convention with my now ex-boyfriend. I felt my energy almost immediately snug up against me and an almost feathery feel at my back, and I got this creepy feeling like I had left my own room. Mum started hollering afterward, wondering where I had went.
I have yet to figure out how to slap together one of these babies consciously, but I'm guessing it to be a mix of a hold it in sort of programming and a -lot- of telepathic suggestion.

I have done a cloaking shield before...although it wasn't very good. I like to practise on the bus...but it's kind of expensive energy wise, so I don't have much use for it.

sounds like you need to do some exercises to increase your energy output. For cloaking sheilds its best not to use your own energy anyways, it feels like you. Use the energy form the enviroment around you that way you blend in. to not exhaust yourself, don;t even let the energy flow through you. In the case of the bus, take the energy from your seat and allow it to envelope you and make people only notice the seat. Useing the energy from the seat makes it that much better.
BTW I did not spend years practicing this just to get good, I spent more along the lines of months.

Seriously, I don't believe that you can draw psi from a non-living thing...unless someone puts energy into it (such as a few necklaces I have hold a bit of energy, (and one hold like a forcebubbles' worth of energy). I could put a bunch of energy into the seat and let it go 'stale' (as in lose my signature) but that would take a while...maybe I could do it on Tuesday and let it sit until the end of the year? But I would surely forget.

I don't think he means that said things are making energy, that doesn't make sense to me either. He probably is talking about random people's energy that settles down onto random things. Bus seats do tend to collect a mess of the stuff... nowhere near as much energy as what a busload of kids will kick out while they're on said bus, but enough to do something with.
From what I've noticed necklaces and whatnot that can store energy are also nice for anchoring stuff to. Like someone I know's red ink pen. Which is really neat cause I don't have to look so long for the thing since it got tagged, hehe. That was his idea, not mine.

Hmm, this is getting to be a really interesting topic.
I don't think that energy sticks very well to inanimate objects unless someone sticks it there on purpose. It just kind of falls out. I've noticed that metals generally hold quite a bit of energy, as do things that are in constant contact with the person. So do natural fibres. But, some things just don't like to hold psi (such as computers, and rocks...lol).
