To all healers or thoses healing.
You all must be careful when healing sometimes you can mean do to the greatest good and ended up doing the greatest harm. Take ease when healing and only do so to others if you have the persons ok.
Upon yourself is free regin, yet still take care because sometimes it can go wrong and you could end up in worse pain then when you started.
You may all think I'm crazy and over bearing on this but I have seen first hand what healing can do when not practiced with ease and caring.

I'll have to agree with her....for one  When I heal myself, like getting rid of germs, I tend to use all my energy. If I were you I would sleep after you're done healing. Oh and just take it easy for the rest of the day. Lilly should know  |

I failed to add something and I feel I should know. If you push to much engery into a wound you could get what is called a "back fire" and in a sense what will happen is the engery lashes out at you. I have had backfire and I got a thin like strach.... almost like a cat got me with only one claw.... even though I knew for a fact no cat had strached me. So yea use your feelings to judge how much energy is need to heal.

Small scratch? That must be why when I was a kid I would always get these really thin cuts and have no idea hoe I got them, lol. |

I did that once, just only to the point at which it hurt the patient... I felt horrible... I've never done it again.
