I'm finding out through healing with my guide and what not that sending energy through me can do a lot of good and also gives me a lot of short strong bursts of energy. Has anyone tried this with someone else or by themself?

A friend and I from another forum have sent each other energy just to observe the effects. It can be an extremely enjoyable experience.

JediKaren.. are you talking about using external sources? Like.... an example would be to maybe focus on the sun and then draw the energy to you, etc., etc., and then 'convert' it and then send it to the person?....
If that's the case then no. I don't dabble with external sources, unless it's coming right off of someone else's psychic signature. That's the only energy I can be sure of absorbing... I'll just have to strip off and ground everything else and just leave the energy and signature.. then I absorb it.. other than that.. I don't dabble with external energy.

Well I guess you could use the sun's energy, but that's incredibly strong and I don't think it would help you so much as harm you. I'm talking about energy around you.

Well the source doesn't matter much does it? And I was only using the sun as a reference. You can't actually take psychic energy from the sun since the sun is not composed of psychic energy (non that I know of). I think that its only a mindset that people have.
As for using the energy around you.. I would use the same process as the one stated for the sun. It may cause a boost for some people, but reaction varies from person to person.
