Naturally.
But, if you insist on doing it metaphysically...
Energize the area. Completelly engulph the area in energy, and focus your mind on fixing the injury. This way, the psi will travel to where it needs to.
But I'm no expert on psionic healing, I use other stuff not allowable on this forum.

well the bruse heal automatically cause your body is responding to pain so all your focus is on it like it is now since you ask and why you getting hurt so much and yea if you also master telekinesis you can close wounds and heal it later

To heal the bruise go with energizing the area...sounds like it will work. |

To heal the bruise go with energizing the area...sounds like it will work. you just got that from some site on how to do tk (they tell us this so that we don't feel bad if it dosn't work the first few times we try). it is possible to master tk, its just that it would take time that our busy schedule would just not allow. mabey if we could stay home and practise and never go to school or work we would master it. and also our attention span has alot to do with it. |

Psinoob, visualization would probably work!-- probably not in front of your eyes, but I would bet something like that could set the healing in motion-- and make it heal quicker.
I understand that Quantum Healing can heal practically anything- and probably bruises too. I'm reading a book on it right now- and I will post what I learn .
From what I gather-- it is directing psi energy to different areas in the body to allow the body to heal itself quickly.
A friend of mine who uses it said it is like "Reiki on Steriods"

I would start be isolating the pain and just pushing the pain away, then going on to healing the thing.
