the other night i got really dizzy any time i moved my head. i went to the doctor and he said my ears were clean (wax build up can cause dizzyness)and my sinuses wern't draining (another cause of dizzyness). apperently when the tree branch broke with me and i hit my head on the brick some years ago, i damaged the balancing thing in my ears. i got pills for them but was wondering if it can be fixed so that its good as new. i'm doing healing on myself but was wondering if other people did it too it would work faster. i'll tell you when i begin to feel better

okay so i got better (forgot to do healing on myself) the pills worked. but then a few days after they were finished i began to get a little dizzy again, like when i lie down, my head gets all spinny and stuff. so i decided to heal the balancy things in my ears (cant remember what they'er called right now). so for three days, every morning when i woke up i did healing on my ears and body in general. and now i don't feel a thing. i can lie down and get up as much as i want to. and i looks like my balance has gotten even better than it was before, i tried to do a hand stand and i stayed up longer than i used to.

For ballance is good to exercise some martial art's parts (stands, kate etc...) It's really good, try capoeira, it's really good for ballance; or even better- drunken boxing (i'm not joking, drunken boxing kung fu is know for ballance).
