Well me and my friend are sending energy to each other.
He can't do it well but whenever I send myu energy to him he says the he feel like he "drank a red bull" and Im all out of energy. Is that a form of healing ?

By energy do you mean the most basic form, psi?
So your friend knows about psionics? I think the psi your sending him has givin him a psi boost and givin him more energy. A red bull, red rain, or any other form of energy drink or bar is meant to boost the users energy by caffine. This probably boosts his energy with psi. Energy in its most basic form.
I can see where this can be both usefull and harmfull. It would be a usefull subsitute for caffinated drinks to keep you energized and/or awake. This could be harmfull by acidently overloading the reciever.

no its not healing, but dont send too much, trust me.
but if you set the energy cause he didnt have enough and was really weak, i think it wouldbe kind of like healing
