I just want to name some things thats good for your body and it would be nice if you post here to help and also it don't have to be good food it can be food that you may want to share with us from your culture I would like that ;D
-eggs mixed with rice in a bowl
-eggs and noodles

Sallad. tomato, lettuce, cucumber, corn, onion, and tuna/cold chicken. Put in some salt, olive oil and vinegar and you're set. Lunch for two.

i dont know how healthy this is (i dont care about how hhealthy my food is, as long as it taste good)
yeah, i mix left over rice with eggs and fry it.
mix eggs with sardines and fry it
just eat the raw eggs
flour, salt, water. neaded, made into flat balls and boiled. goes with almost anything (we call them dumplings here)
