So I took a class in my high school this past year which was referred to as "Ying Yang Class" but will be sent into colleges with a completely different name for obvious reasons. ;D A former students mother was paid to come in and perform Reiki on us. (a class of about 6)
Overall it was an interesting experience. We came into the room and there were about 4 people in purple shirts and Daniella's mother standing at the head of the classroom. We sat down on the sofa and then they gave us a little speech about what it was (energy frequency blah blah. nothing new to us right?) and then they turned down the lights and played some enya (lol) as they walked around the room performing Reiki on everyone.
When it was my turn I was fort of disappointed since I sort of expected more lol. The guy came up and placed his hands about half an inch away from my skin on my head and worked his way down to my ears then neck then shoulders etc.... anyways all i felt from his hands was warmth which is pretty much expected from a living human being. The only thing i found odd was an overwhelming feeling of heat on my ears through the whole process. It felt like my ears were burning.
When everyone had been Reiki'ed on he he they turned on the lights and woke some of the student up lol. They asked what we felt and most people said they felt heat on certain parts of there bodies. Everyone felt it on the area of there body where they were experiencing issues like Jessica felt heat on her neck and It's very well known that she has major neck issues and other Jessica felt it on her ankle which is where she just had surgery not even 2 weeks ago. I'm glad i attend such an open school and that we could have classes like this. What do you guys think about this?
