for those athletes out there... i dont know if this should be in healing or constructs but here goes...
anytime you would tape your self up (wrist, ankles, knees etc) but have no tape... just make some psi tape and do the tape-job with just the psi or in combination with the regular tape. this works for me because i dont like buying rolls and rolls of tape... and i hate peeling it off with all my hair.
