First off, healing is not instant. This is one misconception many people have, so I believe it must be addressed before I say anything else. Additionally, I know nothing about Relki, so I cannot say anything about it.
I will not say exactly how to heal, but rather the different methods of healing.
The main difference between Basic and Intermediate forms of healing is that the Basic form views the whole body as a single substance, and just attempts to put it back into the right shape. Intermediate views the different types and tries to put them back into the correct positions.
Basic Healing: Passive Healing
This form of healing is rather common, and also one of the least effective. However, it is still highly useful if you cannot find the problem. The way this form works is that you give healing/life energy to the other person and allow their body to use it. And thats about it here.
Basic Healing: Active Healing
This method is slightly less common than the passive form, but still quite common. This is most commonly used to find an injured area, and then add focused healing energy into it. After this, an attempt is made to directly heal the damaged area. However, this is typically only done in the form of trying to get a cut to close, or skin to re-grow.
Intermediate Healing: Semi-Passive
This is a rather uncommon form of healing, normally done by attempting to re-align the energy pathways in your body, while pumping healing energy through them. This tends to force them to remain in place, while healing both them, and the area around them.
Intermediate Healing: Active
This is one of the more common forms of healing. With this form of healing, you go through the body and find the areas that need to be healed, and then you either directly fix them by rebuilding damaged parts, or replace them with constructed replacements.
