I'm a complete newbie when it comes to healing... Can anyone give me a few simple starter techniques to practice... Most of the stuff brought up by google is a lot of fluff... Sorry... If there is already a topic like this with good begginer techniques a simple link would suffice...

Ha, thanks you two, I'm getting pretty good at healing. I managed to heal my stomache, because it was rather sick when I woke up this morrning and a headache that I got during lunch and I kinda toned down my mom's allergies (I was in the car and it was hard to concentrate) next Monday I'm going to try and help my friend, she's went to the hospital twice, the doctors don't know what's wrong... She's had a lot of pain in her back and side... Everyone thinks it's her kidneys so I'm going to give it a shot...
