it's an important thing -- but heh .... I hate cooking. (voted no; I hate cooking and I don't even try.) (I'll admit I'm not a verry good psion , that's because of not practicing)

i eat healthy all the time coz i don't eat meat and i love fruit and vegies and healthy stuff but i do ocasionally have macca's or something that isn't to good for you

I kind of eat healthy...But, when I go out to eat, it's not such a great food selection I eat my veggies and fruits and stuff. Like JediKaren, I prefer sugar, energy drinks, candy, coffee, and pop Makes me hyper and makes me forget of my problems. I eat pretty much anything. I am still skinny and I am eating all the time. Exercise is the key

aww that's so not fair! I can't eat all I want and I'm a few pounds over normal. me and exercise need to become better friends.

to train one's mind to it's fullest potential, one must first train the body. It's pretty simple, really, just promise yourself 1 Month.During the first week, figure out exactly what you can do without being in pain the next day, Do exactly that, and then during the non-excersize portion of the day, push yourself slightly harder than you would normally.
because you are doing what you can in 1/2 hour or more, you'll stay pretty close to where you are now, because you push yourself the rest of the day you improve without a lot of bodily pain, and you get used to giving your all in your endevers. only thing you gotta do now is start, only thing you gotta do tomarrow is continue. At the end of the month you continue, but at the end of the month you may then call "sick days" (If you've perservered for a month, it's less likely you'll call a sick day just because you don't feel like excersizing. you'll have faced the fact that it's important..)

i've never been a healthy eater before, but now i find myself eating more of what i should instead of what's good.
