Yes, I can move it most of the time. But, now I'm adding like a jar and other resistance stuff and finding it harder to connect with it.
Yes, you should be able to move it, but if you can’t , no big whoop you just haven't reached that high enough power that you need. Some people vary from one another, some people are naturals at manipulating energy, and can move it by day one. While other, take months, years, to master it. For me, took about a few months.
How? Well first, got to make sure the base is going to keep the dumb pin from moving, and place my dumb piece of paper right on the point of the pin (so it can spin freely.) Give it a small push to see how it spins, if it spins around smoothly, I start, if not, I fix it. After that, I follow the pattern of the paper, how long it takes to spin around in a circle, what it looks like while it is spinning, how fast etc. Then I start. Start with a good 10 mins or more of meditation, depending on my mood. I then, Place my hands in the sort of half box thing, my fingers are all touching and my thumbs are touching each other. I then channel my energy to my hands, making a wave between my two hands. After I feel the wave is steady, I place my hands maybe two or three inches away from the wheel. I then visualize the paper moving, spinning around in a circle at the speed. And about 5 mins into concentrating, the thing starts moving the way I told it too, clockwise, or counter-clockwise. Once I get one full rotation, I tell it to recoil back to where it started. It then moves the opposite direction, back to where it originally started. Once I'm done, I give myself a pat on the back and clean up the stuff.
And that’s how I move the psiwheel. ;D

I can get it to move 99% of the time from day one. I don't have much controll though-it spins fast and alot- but no controll. For that reason I usually feel I owe my sucsess to hot hands...
