I prefer hands off.

Iprefer hands-off beacose it's harder to do it. If you can move psi wheel with hands-off, than you can do it much better with hands-on. It is a fact that your mind 'thinks' that it is harder to do iz with hands-off and it manifests like a blocade. In fact it doesent matter how far something is, but our mind thinks it is.

I think it should e done with hands-off because with your hands on the object, yo could move it and think you did it with TK, but actually just did it with your hand.

I do it either way.

Plus, if there is somthing you cant easily push with your hands-on, using TK while your hand are on can be more effective. There is also no worry of accidently moving it since it would be hard to move it if you tried.

I have done it both ways, but I peferr with my hands because it helps with the mental block.

It is also about the sences.
With your hands you add another psyhical sence.

The more sences, the easier it should be.

I'm still a beginner at tk so hands-on works better for me.

For other kinesis hands on is more affective.

Like when I put my hand on a eletronic device make it explode or somthing but with my hands off that would be fairly hard.

What do you mean by "explode?" does it short circut, or does it literaly burst?

Depends. Sometimes it will just short circuit but somethings litterally explode.
