I think aerokinesis is easiest, because well... I think that's the way I move the psiwheel (still not completely sure), because I can't make it move at will, it just seems as if it was hit by a force and just shakes and ocasionally turns a little... It may be air... but since I do it in a closed space... I don't know I think it may be aerokinesis.
