That's a tough one. I'd have to say... either flying (just because it would be unbelievably awesome) or mind control (again, cool and useful--not for mischief or anything of that nature, so relax  ) |

I no longer have the desire to fly, becuase I've have some OBEs now. So the thing that would be cool right now is to be able to shapeshift.
For example; You can always shapeshift to a bird if you wanna fly.

Materialization would be sooooo cool. You could just make whatever you wanted. You would never have to buy anything again. You could even make a house that is exactly what you want, which if you ever went house shopping you know how impossible that is.
