Neither, both are annoying. In any case ninjas were just samurais without armour and different weaponry.

Ninjas are way better. My roommate is in ninjitsu, and he know some pretty crazy stuff. Though, i've known a samurai, so i guess i can't say which is better.

I have a freind that knows some ninjitsu. I know some crazy stuff and I'm not in ninjitsu.

Ninjas and samurai are completely different, I wont go into descriptions so I'll just tell equipment.
Samurai: Katana, Wakizashi, Tanto, armor( optional)
Ninja: Katana, Shuriken, Hand/Foot claws, Grappling hook, Kunai, Assault Spikes, Random assortment of small knives, Nunchuka, Staff, Black Ninja outfit with Stealth rubber shoes and gloves.
Plus the fighting styles are way different, ninjas = ninjutsu, samurai = only sword training, mostly two handed. Ninjas one hand must be free. And a samurai would not make for a ninja even without armor. Doubt me?, well my info comes from wikipedia, and TrueSwords.com
