Okay I don't know why it worked for me but it might work for you but I would like some people to test it and do the poll. 
Okay so I had a pain on my back. You can have pain anywhere.
So first you collect a little red ball of energy 2 inches above your belly button. Get it nice and round then poke it and release the energy. TA-DAH!!! Fixed! Don't ask me why it worked. Just try it.
