Something very interesting happened last Monday or Tuesday. I was in class and we were picking the order to present an upcoming project. There are 24 people in my class. We were each handed out a little yellow sticky note that we were to write our names on and hand in. Since I wanted to present last i decided to try something; I wrote my name on the sticky note then filled it with energy and programmed it to be invisible and not be noticed then folded it as we were told and put it in the box. I was chosen last as i wanted. I don't know what the chances of this are and i don't think it was a coincidence.

Been practicing moving the psi-wheel from across the room. I can control the direction it spins but it seems to go slower when I do. I read an inspiring article on OOBEs today and I am going to try now. That BrainWave Generator program is good to help with meditating. ========================================================== Update: Jan 9, 2006 I Tried to OOBE the night I read that article. I didn't succeed but i now have a better idea of what to do. I am going to practice TK when i get off the computer today. I read a cool article today on something called polyphasic sleeping. Polyphasic sleeping is where instead of sleeping a normal 8 hours at night you take 20-45 min. naps throughout the day. Using this method you only need to sleep for 3-6 hours a day. People using this method say that they feel as energetic as they would if they were sleeping for 8 hours! I am a bit cautious about using this method for a long amounts of time because you don't get any are.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep and there have been studies that show lack of are.E.M. sleep can cause depression. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapid_eye_movement en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleeping
