This is going to be my log on the manipulation of senses so far all i have worked on it vision and i have named it phasenty(ghost sense) if there is already a word for it id be happy to know it. Anyways this is just a header to tell you about if and help you understand everything. If you have any comments or questions feel free to post them as it will help me and maybee even help you. The only thing i ask is please dont spam.

Attempt one 21 of april: During this attempt i tried to close a hole in my wall it is about 1" in diameter and i closed it about 1/16-1/8 of the way after this i lost my concentration and tried again and got the same thing but held it for a minute or so. After this i my chest felt tight and my eyes seemed to hurt.

Attempt two 22 of april: During this attempt i tried to close the same hole but to no avail so then i tried to stretch out the area around it so i raised my hand and "grabbed" it and started to pull i moved my hand back about a foot and the wall seemed to stetch out a bit the way the light hit it change. When i was pulling back my hand felt warm and i felt alot of heat where my fingers were touching my hand and on the bottom of my pinky i felt what seemed to be a pulsing feeling.

Attempt three 23 of april: During this attempt i tried to change the colour of a chip bag from red to green i got a bit of change going on it seemed to change colour but when i moved my eye it seemed to go back to what it was. After my chest fest tight and i was short on breath with minor head pains. Im debating taking a break and rethinking my method of aproach.
