Meditate for half an hour.
*Fill a clear glass bowl with fresh water. Drop a toothpick or other small wooden object into the middle of the dish. Since there will be no friction between the water and the object, it will be easily to move it because there is less resistance.
*Get comfortable and breathe deeply.
*Look at the toothpick. Imagine your mind's "hand" coming out and pushing on the object, and imagine it gliding across the water to the other side of the dish. Feel the energy pushing on it. You should begin to notice some movement after a while. You can use your hands to direct your energy, but don't touch or blow on the toothpick.
*Once you have practiced this and you believe you have gotten the hang of it, take it one step further. Imagine that you are pushing down on the object, forcing it to go under the surface of the water. This will take more concentration, but the results are also more significant
Creating ripples is usualy the first thing anyone learning how to Aquakinesis will acomplish. When you are practicing this you will have to be very careful that your breath (or anything else) is not the cause of the ripples. Before you begin it is always best to meditate for half an hour. After you have done this prepare the water (bowl with water inside of it) and sit in front of it. Gaze in to the clear liquid and imagine yourself becoming one with the water. Feel it's energy, molecules...let your mind sink in to it and meld with it's surroundings. Once you feel as though there is nothing seperating you from the water, and that it will do as you wish make some sort of small movement in the water. There should be ripples. Every time you do this make the mouvements a bit a bigger than the last. But you must start with small and work your way up to the bigger ripples, waves and other mouvements in the wate
