Today i trained some more on drawing heat from distant objects. Not sure what the objects were. All i do is face the palm of my hand in a direction that i can sense heat from and it draws to me on its own.
I pointed my palm towards the space and i felt a second of heat then my arm went cold so i put my arm down then my arm felt like it was on fire.
The heat collects immediatly then i get a huge headace that lasts a couple seconds then goes away.
I also stored some of this heat but i dont know where all i know is that if i want it it will be there instantly.
I wonder what i could have drawn such heat from?

Today i attempted to locate this massive heat source it may take some time but when i do im going to use that energy for my training.

At 1:30 pm i decided to try and meditate. I told myself if i wasnt done by 2:30 i wasnt even goin to try since i had to go to work. I sit on my bed and close my eyes next thing i know everything is dark then i come out of it and its exactly 2:30. I didnt know what happened at the time then i started remembering things that i saw. I now have questions about what i saw.

was that you or what, were you in the red glow? describe the person you saw.

it's quite possible that we experienced AP'ing. the images we saw could've been other pplz astral forms or they might have been our guides. i'm not an expert on the subject, so i can't really be sure.

Since im goin to go to sleep i might as well meditate instead since that seems to have the same affect as sleeping. Im goin to try and go back to that place and if anybody else goes tell me if you see me. I should have a flaming ball or 2 next to me. After i meditated today another 1 did show up.

it's funny that you saw the glow in RED...that just happens to be my favorite color...so it very well could have been me that you saw
