Yesterday
Looked at the forum and tried to move a piece of tin foil it shook but it moved! Meditated and I seem to like it. At school tried moving a pen didnt work.

Today
Joined forum tried to move a coin..didnt work I meditated a bit but still couldnt move it. Saw a how to make things vanish and Im going to start trying today.

Yesterday night:Meditated and wrote this log on my notebook.
Today:Woke up and meditated tried to suck energy from a battery and my hand got a bit hot.Then I did the Ice cube training for cyrokenisis and OH BOY! It was freezing I held it for 1 minute and it was so cold I got a cut. Later: Focused on a battery and tried to make it move and it wobbled violently but didnt fall down. And it wasnt my breath because when your breathing you cant breath a battery down.Later again:Tried to make a Water PSI Ball and Instead I felt air in my hand in the form of a ball. Could it be possible I was doing Aerokenisis? I dont know but it was pretty cool.Tried the Ice cube method again and I held it for 3 minutes in my right hand and I loved it! I meditated for 3 minutes with the Ice cube in my hand and you know what I was more relaxed then ever! Then I threw away the cube and then my whole right hand started shaking but my hand wasnt cold at all. It was weird well thats all for now.

Today:I tried to make something cold and I did it! I made a corn dog I heated up really cold! And I put my hand in a fire (dont do that!...lol) and I tried making the fire cold and my hand didnt get burned,luckily.All for now.
