ok ive been reading about psionics for about a month now. I have been creating psi balls but am unsure that what I feel is psi given that all I feel is warmth which seems to be normal body heat. this morning however I made an attempt to make a "real" psi ball with my ring finger and thumb and I made a weak repelling force. I was visualizing the energy spinning into the shape of a ball. afterwords I felt a tingle like sensation on my fingers. a few minutes ago I made a psi cone while sparring (i have no clue if it was real sparring I wish I could learn exactly how.... my brother practices too) and this one I felt warmth on my hands like normal but also a more electric feeling that I could tell was a cone. the electricity felt alot like the psibal before.
