Day 1(yesterday)
I was a bit skeptical at first,i kept trying with no sighns of improvemant,than i actualy made one.I doubted that too.

Day 2
My studies have been confirmed! I realy did make a psi ball!And now i can make between 4-5 in a day!! ^^

I was able to finish a ki flame,and grounding technique! ^^

Day 5
Today I was able to succeed in a slight step towards ubrakinesis! ^^
And now when ever i feel stressed or something (i tend to clench my teeth) the lights in the area become dim.

this day I was able to form a nice shield,and my psi balls have become slightly visable.

Day 7
Yesterday when I was at my friends house I was meditating while he was in the bathroom(kept the lights off),I was meditating on my umbrakinesis and imagining darkness surrounding and enclosing me in a small space like a shell and than I heard a voice calling me,and than the voice become multiple voices and there began to become more of them.I was wondering if there is some type of beings in the dark or something cause now it only happens when I meditate on my umbrakinesis.

you shouldnt be surprised by the voices, there are beings in the dark, and that is what i keep light near me 24/7

whoa o.O 24/7? well today (day 9) and yesterday they have been starting to speak in sentences but the voices are too low for me to understand most of the time.

I truely doubt you will understand thier language, but ya never know...
and yes 24/7 i sleep with me tv on, though i also do that so i will not kill myself walkign through my room XD

if anything sounds important or interesting you might want to keep a log of what they say...
so beings in the dark huh, guess its too bad i cant sleep unless in pitch black.i have a thing against light when im trying to sleep, i cant sleep if theres a light on somewhere in my house i think i absorb energy from it and it keeps me awake but anyways this isnt my log...

lol i just don't like light in the day thanks for the tips guys. Day 10
I was able to make my living room windows disappear in darkness.(if i didn't stop my whole living room would be like a black oblivion o.O and I made an interesting discovery that in the dark their voices become lower and weaker depending on how much light is in a room o.O

Succeeded in finding my power lvl 1,500
Day 12
Yes! I was able to program my japanese coin to absorb psi,and made two barriers!One for the coin and one for me.(Thanks Stealth!)
Day 13
Man I was able to start empathy pretty well,and my skill in telepathy is something I'm working on.I can send messages to dogs XD

Oh and Stealth the voices just spoke in a full sentence.They said"Help us...."and just kept saying that.
