Yesterday I tried some psychokinesis and actually got the psiwheel to spin, but It would spin back to original position, but this did help practice.

Today I actually got psiwheel to spin the directions I wanted it to, strangly after a while it just stop Iguess I used to much psi

A few night ago I found it hard to meditate, but last night I found that playing some music actually helps me to relax faster and better, I found this post about psi balls tried it and actually saw my blue blob of a psi ball.

I know it's been a while but the practice is really paying off I finally got the psi wheel to stop and go when I wanted it to. And got the wheel to move with my mind and with my hands.

I'm now trying to channel all my power through my hands, and possibly get my premonition while i'm awake instead of asleep so I cam remember them.

A few days ago during meditation I saw a strange blue shape in the middle of my head, then during practice of PK the psiwheel fully spun

Today I actually felt something tingling when I was trying to push and pull the psi wheel with my finger, It felt like energy was radiating from my fingerthe same as when I did my psi ball

3 months ago while watching tv the name Schleinger popped into my head I couldn't, shake the name and a few days ago in schoolwe watched the movie Schleinger's list then it ame to me knew the future only month's ago not years like normal.

A few ago your light's went out in a black out at night so I decided to meditate, then a set of times came to me first 11:15 when they found the problem and 11:34 when the lights came back on, I fell asleep and the next day my sister confirmed it.
