Today i started by making a few psi-balls and making them change colours and size, after about 10 minutes i started charging myself with psi and i APed to a place i have never been before
It looked like a dojo that samurai train in but it was completely empty and looked like it had been empty and i started feeling weak like the place was draining my energy so i left and tried to go to the main entrance room and succeeded and i was waiting for my guide when a male person whom i have never seen before came up to me saying he wasn't my real guide and i should go with him instead but my lycanthrope instincts were getting stronger and i started to shapeshift,but I lost concentration when a person started screaming so i was half-human and half-wolf and it looked so weird to see me like that.
The next hour i spent trying to teleport to my friends house and see what he wanted me for.
he wanted to show me his cryokinesis and phasing were going and i watched him as he made a wall of ice and phased through it.
then when i tped back i tried to shapeshift again and this time i nearly killed my brother because i couldn't control my emotions.

So in summary: An alright day besides nearly killing a family member and another lycanthrope

Pyrokinesis: Nearly made a basketball set on fire

Cryokinesis: Froze a Tap while the water was running through it

Psi Balls: I now make 7-10 a day

Astral Projection: I APed to the main room again and found out the guy who came up to me was my guide but he was disguised

Teleportation: teleported to my friends house again and then we teleported to some other places

Phasing: Phased through my bedroom wall without trying

Healing: i can only heal small cuts so far

Lycanthropy: I can control my emotions more

I have been doing psi for 6 years but mainly on/off for 4 years
