I havn't wrote a log for psionics in a while...
Today: Im starting an experiment with Psi...Ill pull into that later... But today i layed down and collected my thoughts and emptied them all away...It seems when i meditate i do it for long times..and it feels only like minutes... I went to collect energy to start my experiment.
Eperiment: Gradually raising sensing by making my field larger.
Im still going on for the rest of this week and ill post more on my discovery later...
It just seems like a cold pool, psionics... You feel the rush of the psi inbetween your hands...But like a cold pool you get used to the water...This the same in energy...
feeling the energy more than i already can...to better manipulate would help me out a bit more...
