today doing a med i think i felt psi for the first time it was a sensation of heat between my hands. any tips or remarks are welcome.

Well last night i had a dream that was well i don't know what it was but let me tell you about it. from the first point i can remember Me and my family[bro/sis/niece/and two baby's i am not sure who's the were all kids in my family are not baby's anymore but i will get back to them. we in the car i was in the back seat my brother was driving i don't know were every one else was but i could feel the car was crowded when i looked up the sky was blacking and i heard my sister say look at he moon when i looked there were two i don't know if it was 2 moons or 2 suns or the moon and the sun but one was bright orange. but i had this feeling like some thing bad was going to happen. then my dream skipped or i cant remember we were walking bro/sis/mom/niece/two baby's. and there were these group of men i think were Chinese trying to keep us from going a certain way they did not try to harm us but they but things in the way but there suddenly some one else in the group and he move the things out of the way with tk,pk when we went through i looked up to see this huge hill we had to climb and it was muddy the first thing i tought was mud slide when we started down this hill my brother rushed ahead and i wanted to keep up as we were going down the hill my mo all the sudden haded me one of the baby's and said she was going to the bathroom well this startled me and i fell down and i hand the baby to my niece to so i could get up and the baby cry ed and said she wanted to come back to me and before i got up my nesie gave her back i sat on the ground with her she stopped crying and i wakeup, i don't know what this means but i never had a dream like that

today during my med i was try to feel psi agin i felt the heat but it comes and goes and not sure if this is psi or heat comeing off my hands. I was trying to picture my self in a place of peace were i would be happy.I med for almost 20 min tonight iwll try for longer to see if that will hrlp.

i decided to do another meditation today at 6:00pm it was an experience i will never forget while ten min or so in i was still trying to find my place of peace and i found it the loving arms of my father. my father passed away when i was 7 and there is nothing more that would bring me peace then for him to hold me in his arms even now at 22 why old. and when i tought of this a over whelming feeling came over me that i almost passed out then saw a figure out lined in white he or she did not say anything to me i think it was mt guide sending me a signal i was i the right path i the decided to continue meditating for a few moments just to think, on what had happened.then tought popped in to my head that i had done enough med for now and do one more before bed i don't know if this was my thought or my guide put it there but i will do as tought suggested. i then opened my eyes to see almost 40 min went bye. the feeling i had was one i never felt before at this point i cant even describe it but i will never forget it.

meaning you are a natural at astral project...and a rare one...I'm natural, but I don't really know many naturals.

today when i try ed to med i have notice an increasing problem in keeping my eyes closed its like they just open bye them self. it makes it very hard to concentrate on my goals.

today after calming down a bit and telling myself that if my eyes open just continue to concentrate well everything was going well and my eyes started to open i continued to concentrate and the same over whelming feeling came over me but just like last time it only lasted a few sec maybe 15-20. i am still try to figure out what this is i don't think its psi normally when i feel psi its tingling in my hands.if could some how make last longer i could figure out what it is.

today i did just a nice peaceful calm med but i could also feel the psi spreading out throught my body more before it just was in my head and hands.
