~March 21, 2007~ Two days 'till my birthday! Past few days have been spent between work, school, and focusing on the Third Eye at nighttime. So far, I seem to have worked out a method that allows me to open it with a relatively short period of, not necessarily meditation, but concentration. Other than that, I've been attempting to better focus my own psi on areas distant from my body, something which I've had great difficulty with in the past. So far, I've discovered that using an inanimate object, 'pressing' a degree of my own energy and will into it, can act as an efficient channel, which helps focus energy at a distance. However, this same power, when imbued in the object, has a tendency to fade over time, but so far doesn't seem to ever vanish completely.

~April 5th~ Well, haven't had a terrible amount of time to practice lately, or log anything. Not that I really log anything unless I actually have something relatively useful to report. That having been said, I DO have something useful to report. It seems like whatever I, or perhaps someone else, attempted in order to perform a long-range healing may actually have worked, which surprises me. On the other hand, I DID pour a ridiculous sum of energy into it, before focusing it through my staff. Yes, I said staff. Archaic or not, the thing works. I made it from wood, with the help of my dad and great grandfather awhile back (while my great grandfather was still alive, he died a year or two back about two weeks from hitting 102/103) It's varnished wood, red streaks (which we assumed was paint from my great grandfather, and no, its NOT blood. Or maybe its natural in the wood, I don't know, I'm leaning more towards the natural side, doesn't look like paint so much.) Anyways, point is, I focused a tidy amount of energy, focused it through, and sent it on its merry way-- not that that was all I did, but still, you get the idea. It appears, from what I recieved not long ago, that it actually worked, unless of course someone else did the same thing I did with more success. Either way, its still cool. And I feel better knowing that I was perhaps able to help someone.

~April 11~ Well, after a couple days of not being able to do anything, including sense and shield the area around my own home, I seem to have regained a measure of my skill, which is an immense relief. On the downside, my innards feel like they're turning into soup and my brain is being poked with a spoon, I feel lousy. Been home sick all day long. Ughhhh... Anyways, hopefully I'll feel a bit better by tomorrow, I can't afford to miss two days straight of school-- With my classes, things pile up too quickly.
