My Progress on psi manipulation and AP

Day 3 of my Psionics experimenting

So far I have been able to sense my astral self and nearly leave my body as to what I've felt, but I think there is still a small fear of the unknown I may have in my subconscious mind that does not let me fully transfer my conscience to my astral self, because of this I feel like I'm out of my body, but yet I'm still laying in the exact position, I can see out wards from my eyes, yet I have no way that I know of how to move out.

I am trying my hardest to continue and learn how to successfully Astral Project myself and have an awesome time!

As for my Tk I manage to spin the Psi-wheel sooner but yet I still have no control over which side I want it to spin, and sometimes I just can't spin it at all.
I will continue working on my progress and master eventually theses techniques, I will not give up on studies.

Any suggestions and tips will be highly appreciated.

Last night I had the most peacefull meditation ever. And I felt it was also the closest thing to leaving my body,and haveing an OOBE.

Hopefully, I'll be able to attain that sooner than I hope.
I also got one of my best friends to start studying psionics with me. =D
Yay!!!
My best hope is one day with'll AP together, beuahaeUHEUHeuehuhE AND just explore the world.

I took a break from all my meditating and tk and ap attempts today, so I barely practiced at all.
Tommorow, I will resume my regular training and continue my improvement.

I learned a lot from Vornakos today
He's a good pal and taught me how to gather energy better, I still need to work on programming psiballs but for now, I am pleased.

So far I've manged to learn how to draw energy from the earth....
I believe I am doing this right, and I also believe I've learned to manage controlling that energy into using it to boost my physical strength...
My normal bench press is at 165 pounds me waying 138 means I can pick up more than my body weight...
After a short meditation and energy focuss I managed to max out at 180 today...

I was impressed at this, and decided to keep trying it with later things I did in the day..

I managed to make myself a bubble shield today!!! YAY!

I am glad with my progress and the things I have accomplished in my first week.
Hopefully my next weeks to come or months, I will be able to get remotely closer to accomplishing my goals.

I took a break this weekend from psionics... I went out of town for some family stuff.. amd well I have to start again tommorow and work harder then ever in order to gain back the time I took off....

Last night I was on the break of Ap'ing I started to get the vibrations that people get before they leave their body, and then I blacked out.... I don't remember anything else after that?? Is this something normal.?

Well, I created my first shield that actually felt it long time... I still feel it now. I programmed it to take energy from both me and all matter, I also programmed it to let psi energy in but not out. but to not let me overload either... I forgot to program a self destructing word. So I will get to try to reprgoramm it later. =D

I am sick today... Big headache, and stomach ache so I will probably not practice psionics today... I will continue with my training when I feel better.

A friend of mine, has just boosted my chances in Ap'ing correctly, so I thank him for that. I am starting up on TK Blats, which is kind of difficult, but I feel like I should really learn them, besides the fact that they are supposed to be REALLY fun to do, I want to have the feeling of higher accomplishment for myself. I will continue posting, as soon as I get back from family stuff. 10 days I'll be gone, but I will continue my studies along that time.

Haven't written in here for a while, I was gone for 10 days, but I still studied my psionics in that time. =)
I just recently did my first ap!!! YAY! Was a life changer... I know what Mr. Experiment meant by that from a post in one of the polls I had done... As I was leaving my body, I felt an EXTREMELY never before been felt sensation, I have no way of explaining it 100% accurately, but I heard so many noises as if someone was blowing with all their breath inside my ear just a couple of inches away from it, also as if my very being was leaving its body, it was something I had never felt before, I maneged to open my eyes while out for the very few seconds that I was out, and I saw everything, perfect. Like in its perfect form, I could see every crack, every speck of dust, every piece of lint on every corner of that room.. But only for those 5 seconds that I opened my eyes, before becoming completely frightened at this new never before been felt; feeling. I closed them once more and thought to myself "I want to go back" Several times, I suddenly heard myself breath deeply again, and was back, and I opened my eyes and thought to myself... (pardon for the language but I have other way of expressing what it felt) Holy nuts. I knew that I had finally accomplished my first goal in psi, or to some extent at least. And I was so happy at myself for doing it. I have tried in the past nights to do it again, but It didn´t seem "right" to much noise from the people insisde the house, I managed to do it VVERY early in the morning before anyone had gotten up, since I was not used to the time in europe, and have been trying to do it again ever since, and conquer my fear, and just explore the wonders of the astral realm... I WILL accomplish this again, I gurantee it

Almost two months into psi now. And I feel proud knowing that I have improved so much and by getting help and just plain hard work. As some good friend tells me, which I also consider him a mentor; I seem to be above average than most people and learn fast. I hope to continue my upwards hill on my path to psionic mastery, and continue to meet wonderfull even more than that interesting people who will help me in my journey.

(Now for the part of the post that doesn't sound fruitty)

So far, I managed to have several shields on including a energy Vortex that can split, dupe, and create a sort of extreme spinning shield that will reflect anything I speed program it to do.

And most of the things I have also expanded by vasts amounts my energy reserves. I am yet to be overloaded. As many have tried, and non succeeded =D
Anyone wanna try, gimme a pm and we set up something.
As for the psi wheel I can spin it on my good days, under a glass cup. So I know its me doing that. I tried moving matches, but can't at all, so went back to psi wheel. I will look for something good to experiment tk on.
I found out I'm rather good at Telepathy and can impress some of my friends with it. I can guess shapes, numbers and simple objects.
As for Astral Projection, I haven't done it for a while now, and I hope it happens to me soon again. I love that feeling of freeness, even though the getting out feeling is creepy.

I will update my journal whenever I am able to because I have been busy lately. (Who am I kidding, I'm lazy XD)
