This is nightshare. I am 13 years old(14 on Nov 24) and have recently taken interest in psionics. I have gotten good at psi balls and shields, but I am trying for more than that...I want to master telepathy, a few different kinetics, and healing.

Telekinesis-I have always been able to bend or deform cards without exerting any force at all.
I focus most of my energy either on the center of the card, or in sort of a pinch on the ends.
Recently I was practicing on a push pin on my nightstand before bed. I am ready to move it. I have it visualized as my third arm resting on the nightstand. I move it, but it completely skips the pin!
3-4 feet past, my door JUMPED almost a foot, closing and reopening. I happened to fast for a draft, even though there wasn't one......

Remote Viewing-I have recently(today actually)did RV...I got my bro to mix up 3 cards. My goal was to eliminate them until I got to the A spades. I had trouble at first. But then I started to see a very dim picture of the card I was touching. 7 clubs...J diamonds...so on.....
Then I was leaning on the window, and closed my eyes, I saw a perfect third person view of myself! (though it was kinda dim and i was blueish)

TK- I have finally moved the psi wheel. It shakes and wobbles like it wants to spin but I can only get 90-180 degree spins  |

PK- Today I tried to spin the wheel and I can get it to consistantly spin rather than just wobble. But it sometimes doesn't stop unless I use PK to stop it.

Pk-I move psi wheel instantly and pretty well. I should move on to knocking cards down or something . Or just getting a constant spin on the wheel.  |

Healing-Today my sis poked herself with a knife.  It bled a bit and I healed it for her and it just about closed all the way up and didnt hurt her anymore. |

I decided to try a little something. People sometimes put healing energy into crystals so I tried with seomthing else. I have a knife so I put a shield around the blade and put healing energy into the shield. Its almost like a healing construct but it scares people I also did the same with the sheath but with blue positive energy to calm me down when I needed it. |

Im beggining dematerialization. So far I just know how to do it, just havent done it yet.
I am having a bit of trouble, I did start with a rock and it is very dense, so I am going to turn to something less dense. Maybe paper, or a card.
