According to my experiences and some research i made, through this sites and others ..
i have come to my own conclusions that would actually explains how telepathy or empathy works.
first, telepathic link.
in order for one to be a telepath, is for one to have the ability to connect with people .. through the link of one's brainwaves.
its only logical for something to cross from one thing to another.
so thats how a telepathic link shud be a requirement for telepathy to happen.
if you are a Perception psionic, you should be able to connect with others.
try concertrating really hard on your psi energy..
find someone to connect with. it will happen naturally..
you will feel like strings line started flowing in and out of your head
to someone ..
that is the telepathic link.
there are other forms of telepathic link.. involving visualising another person or things like that.
i will research more and get back to it.
